"I visited the Tung Wa Hospital to-day and was

taken round the wards and buildings by Dr. Chung. I notice that

a most marked change has taken place during the last few years,

a change which in every respect is a change for the better.

The patients look clean and well cared for; the wards are like-

wise clean and kept in a tidy condition, and the whole esta-

blishment appears to have a better circulation of air about it.
